Overview

Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University (2020) and was admitted to the legal profession in 2021.

Ben maintains a broad advisory and transactional practice with a focus on commercial and corporate advisory, tax and structuring and business transactions. He regularly acts for business owners, professionals, high-net-worth individuals and family groups, advising on matters such as business and asset structuring, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, real property structuring and succession planning for complex family enterprises. He also advises on early-stage dispute resolution and risk management.
