Meet Emily Child
Emily has worked in the legal profession since 2018. Emily completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University in February 2020. Emily also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
During her studies, Emily gained experience in areas such as criminal law, domestic violence and family law before joining the Small Myers Hughes team in the family law and commercial litigation departments. Emily was admitted as a solicitor in June 2020, and now works primarily in the family law department.
Emily is highly organised, and committed to providing excellent client service. Emily frequently appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Law of Australia.
