Meet Kirstin Smith

Kirstin joined Small Myers Hughes in February 2025, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience as a paralegal. 
 
Kirstin brings a wide range of experience to her role having previously worked in-house in the areas of franchising, licensing, intellectual property, sponsorship, competitions as well as corporate and commercial transactions.
 
Kirstin has also assisted in the development and implementation of risk and compliance programs specifically related to ASIC’s Australian Financial Services licencing regulations and AUSTRAC’s Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing regulations, including the ongoing reporting obligations associated with each.
